Instructions
  1. Chop green onion, bird chili, and garlic. 
  2. Place chopped vegetables in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add the soy sauce, mirin, sake, vinegar, and lime juice.
  4. Place chicken in marinade and thoroughly coat. 
  5. Allow chicken to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour. 
  6. Preheat oven to 375F/190C. 
  7. Pour chicken and marinade into a baking dish.
  8. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, turning halfway through. 
  9. Garnish with fresh green onion.
