Instructions
  1. Generously salt and pepper both sides of the chicken breasts. 
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the chicken breasts and rosemary in oil for about 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature is 160F.
  3. Add the apple cider vinegar and cold butter to the pan.
  4. Turn to coat the chicken breasts and remove to rest 5 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve!
Recipe Notes

Cooking time will depend on the size of the chicken breast.
